Job summary

HappyGlobal Service, a leading global energy company, seeks a Site Finance Director to lead the U.S. manufacturing site's finance function, owning reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, tax, internal controls, treasury and working capital, and cross-functional business partnering with plant operations.

The role serves as the primary finance partner to the site and acts as the bridge to Global HQ on consolidated reporting and cross-border matters, driving data-driven insights to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/finance or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• USCPA or CMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and forecasts per US GAAP.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with Global HQ on consolidated reporting and cross-border accounting reconciliations.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze plant production costs, BOM management, and cost variance analysis.
• Assess product and sales profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure tax compliance and establish internal controls (SOX).
• Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital; manage FX risks.
• Partner with plant operations, supply chain, and sales to provide financial insights.
