Job summary

HappyGlobal Service seeks a Site Finance Director to lead the U.S. manufacturing site's full finance function, owning reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, tax, internal controls, treasury and working capital management.

The role partners with plant operations and Global HQ, driving cross-border accounting, strategic financial insights, and staff development while ensuring timely, accurate closing and compliance with US GAAP.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with US GAAP and cross-border accounting is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and PivotTables.
• Experience with Tier-1 ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of financial statements and forecasts under US GAAP.
• Manage month/quarter/year-end close processes and reporting cycles.
• Coordinate with Global HQ on consolidated reporting and cross-border reconciliations.
