Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Transformation to lead the global planning transformation across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE, and IBP. The role reports to the VP, Global Supply Chain and will establish a Planning COE and own the Planning data governance across regions and sites.

The position requires building strong partnerships with IT, Finance, Regulatory, and Manufacturing, and directing internal teams as well as external partners to deliver value and sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in a global, complex org.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/medical devices) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global planning transformation roadmap and executive reporting.
• Design end-to-end planning processes, governance, and escalation paths.
• Own requirements and design authority for planning solutions.
• Establish baselines, KPIs, and benefits tracking for service/inventory/cost.
• Lead the Planning COE, including governance and capability development.
• Own the Master Data domain and cross-system alignment.
• Partner with IT/Data/AI to enable analytics and AI-enabled decisions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption across functions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply chain stakeholders.
• Direct internal teams and external partners; ensure knowledge transfer.
• Build and lead a global Planning organization with required skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
