Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Senior Director, Planning Transformation to lead the global planning transformation across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE and IBP. Reporting to the VP, Global Supply Chain, this leader will translate the planning vision into an integrated roadmap and establish the Planning COE.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in supply chain leadership, deep expertise in planning and analytics, and success delivering multi‑year transformations in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience.
• Experience in regulated/pharma/life sciences preferred.
• Proven experience leading multi-year planning transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global planning transformation roadmap and COE.
• Design end-to-end planning processes and governance.
• Own requirements and design authority for planning solutions.
• Partner with IT, Data, and AI for scalable analytics and decision support.
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment.
