Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Director, Planning Transformation to lead the global planning transformation across demand, supply, inventory, S&OE, and IBP. The role reports to the VP, Global Supply Chain and will create a unified roadmap, establish a Planning COE, and drive data governance across sites and external networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, data, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience with senior leadership in a global organization.
• Experience in pharma, medical devices, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred.
• Proven experience leading multi-year planning transformation from vision to benefits realization.
• Deep expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, S&OE, and IBP.
• Experience establishing or leading a Planning COE with global process ownership and governance.
• Experience owning or governing item/material master data with cross-system alignment.
• Strong understanding of advanced planning systems, master data management, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Transformation leadership, program governance, and organizational change capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global planning transformation roadmap with accountability for priorities, business case, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Design and deploy standardized end-to-end planning processes, decision rights, governance, and escalation paths across units.
• Own business requirements and design authority for planning solutions and future operating model.
• Establish performance baselines, outcome measures, and benefits tracking tied to service, inventory, cost, productivity, and revenue.
• Lead the Planning COE, including organization, service model, governance, standards, KPIs, analytics, training, and maturity assessments.
• Own the Supply Chain Item Master Data domain, including policies, workflows, and data quality across systems.
• Partner with IT, Data, and AI leaders to create a trusted planning data foundation and scalable analytics.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, training, and change adoption for the new model.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Trade Compliance.
• Direct internal teams and external partners, ensuring quality and knowledge transfer.
• Attract, develop, and lead a global team spanning Planning COE, transformation, and Item Master Data.
