Job summary

Glory is seeking a Parts & Planning Material Manager in Carrollton, TX, to lead a team responsible for supplier relations and supply chain execution for North America Service. You will drive end-to-end material planning, improve fulfillment, and ensure SLA compliance across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field and 5–7 years of supervisory experience in supply chain, with strong analytical, negotiation, and ERP skills (Oracle JDE 9.2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or supply chain management preferred with supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising a supply chain team and delivering results.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to manage supplier relationships and alignment with business strategy.
• Direct supply chain management for North America Service to meet SLA requirements.
• Provide operational support and guidance to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with service managers to close operational gaps.
• Develop and implement best practices in fulfillment and inventory control.
• Monitor budget and spending; report variances to leadership.
• Travel as needed to support regional operations.
