Corning is seeking a Project Lead for Supply Chain initiatives to support the Project Manager and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on defining scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance to drive cost-reduction and service improvements.

Location can be Durham, NC or Tewksbury, MA. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, track performance metrics, and help deliver training and compliance programs.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with guidance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project or similar) is a plus.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset; readiness to learn and take initiative.

• Foundational project management skills; interest in growing as a project manager.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the management of multiple projects to meet business and corporate goals.
• Assists in preparing business cases and gathering requirements with stakeholders.
• Documents project scope, objectives, and requirements as directed by the Project Manager.
• Helps track project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Assists in organizing and managing project teams, coordinating resources as required.
• Develops and maintains project documentation (plans, risk logs, status reports).
• Participates in risk identification and implements basic mitigation strategies.
• Communicates project updates to team members and stakeholders.
