Job summary

Oterra seeks a Senior Global Product Manager to own natural pigment portfolios across food, beverage, and pet food applications. You translate market insight, customer needs, and portfolio economics into strategy, pricing, and cross-functional execution.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Applications, R&D, Operations, Finance, and regional teams to drive growth, profitability, and long-term customer value while shaping lifecycle management and investment priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, strategy, innovation, or commercial leadership within relevant industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-product or multi-category portfolios with accountability for performance.

Responsibilities

• Own market, customer, and competitive insights for assigned pigments and applications.
• Develop and maintain global portfolio strategies and roadmaps for all assigned pigment categories.
• Own portfolio KPIs including growth and profitability; lead pricing recommendations and reviews.
• Lead innovation pipeline prioritization and stage-gate submissions with cross-functional partners.
• Lead cross-functional execution and enable successful commercialization with clear value propositions.
