Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager I for INTL Physical Security Innovation Solutions to drive end-to-end delivery of security projects across the international network. You will work with site security teams, vendors and stakeholders to plan, fund, deploy and hand over initiatives on time and within scope.

You will support senior PMs on complex programs, track actions and dependencies, prepare SOWs and requirements, and manage funding approvals through to sign-off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of physical security projects across sites and programs.
• Support senior PMs on larger initiatives and track actions and dependencies.
• Prepare statements of work, responsibility matrices and requirements.
• Support capital funding requests and manage approvals through to sign-off.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers and site security teams to meet scope and quality.
• Align requirements and timelines with cross-functional partners and escalate issues as needed.
• Track milestones and risks, drive resolution and report status and metrics.
• Support proof-of-concept and pilots for new security technologies.
• Ensure solutions comply with standards, regulatory, legal and safety requirements.
• Contribute to team process improvements and workflow templates.
