Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Security Engineer to lead resiliency in physical security systems, including access control and video surveillance, with strong Genetec Security Center and cloud integration expertise. You will drive documentation, configuration hardening, and incident analysis across global facilities, with up to 20% travel and after-hours support.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in related infrastructure roles, a Bachelor's in a technical field, and proven API/SDK integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/IT/Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Physical Security Engineering, Network Engineering, or similar infrastructure roles.
• Advanced expertise with Genetec Security Center, including Directory, Archiver, and Synergis; strong API/SDK integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security engineering infrastructure: video surveillance, access control, visitor management, intrusion detection, and intercom systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation: diagrams, disaster recovery plans, troubleshooting playbooks.
• Configure and harden hardware/software for security operations per published standards and best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis for outages or degradation and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain change management processes with thorough documentation, testing, and approvals.
• Architect and deploy scalable failover solutions in Genetec Security Center to achieve high availability and data redundancy.
