Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Security Engineer to lead resilience for enterprise security operations, focusing on integration of Genetec systems and 24/7 data center availability. You will own architecture, documentation, and runbooks, collaborating with vendors and internal teams in a dynamic cloud AI environment.

You will design, implement, and maintain scalable security controls, monitor systems, and drive incident response while communicating complex topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in physical security or related infrastructure roles.
• Advanced Genetec Security Center expertise (Directory, Archiver, Synergis) and failover configurations.
• Experience integrating third-party systems with Azure or GCP.
• Strong networking knowledge and SQL data integrity basics.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ability to document complex setups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security engineering infrastructure (video, access control, visitor management, intrusion detection, intercom).
• Develop system documentation including diagrams, DR/BC plans, and playbooks; ensure 24/7/365 resiliency.
• Configure and harden hardware/software for security operations, align with standards.
• Perform root-cause analysis of outages; implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain change management processes with thorough testing and approvals.
• Monitor health of hardware, servers, and security peripherals; perform health checks.
• Architect and deploy scalable Genetec failover for 99.99% availability across data centers.
• Implement proactive monitoring and health checks to remediate vulnerabilities.
