Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Security Engineer to lead resiliency of our global security network, including access control, video surveillance, and incident response. The role requires deep Genetec Security Center expertise, strong Windows Server and networking knowledge, and experience integrating third‑party systems in Azure or GCP.

Travel up to 20% and after‑hours support may be needed. You’ll document architectures, DR/BC plans, and runbooks, while collaborating across teams to ensure 99.99%

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Physical Security Engineering or related technical infrastructure role.
• Advanced Genetec Security Center expertise (Directory, Archiver, Synergis) including failover and API/SDK integrations.
• Strong Windows Server deployment, maintenance and hardening knowledge.
• Solid networking and SQL knowledge for data integrity and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating third‑party systems with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical security engineering infrastructure (video surveillance, access control, visitor management, intrusion detection).
• Develop library of system documentation including diagrams, DR/BC plans, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Configure and harden security infrastructure in line with standards.
• Perform root cause analysis for outages and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain change management processes with thorough testing and approvals.
• Monitor system health and integrity of hardware, servers, and peripherals.
• Architect and deploy scalable failover in Genetec Security Center for high availability.
• Develop proactive monitoring and health-check automation for security infra.
