Job summary

Globyz Pharma is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage air import and export shipments, documentation, tracking, and quotations with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal partners to procure, store and ship products via contracted carriers, and to provide quotes and timely order tracking. Strong MS Office skills and supply chain experience are essential.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in a relevant discipline.
• Supply chain experience preferably within North American Consumer Packaged Goods/Foods/Pharma.
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support to the team.
• Collaborate with multiple customers, suppliers and internal partners including Sales, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation to procure, store and ship/deliver products through contracted carriers and follow up right through completion.
• Provide shipping quotes, maintaining accurate freight costing and creation of various reports.
• Order tracking to make sure all orders are on track and prioritizing orders and deliveries.
• Communicating with carriers/external parties to resolve any upcoming issues.
• Actively participating in regularly scheduled/ad hoc communications with customers/suppliers.
• Continuously improving areas with inefficiencies and/or low effectiveness.
• All other duties as required for Logistics Dept.
