Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large capital projects in pharma manufacturing. This onsite role requires delivering assets from concept through qualification, with strong emphasis on safety, cost, schedule and quality.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in engineering, 5+ years in capital project delivery, and willingness to relocate or travel. US work authorization is required; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering or related to project management.
• 5+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate/travel to project locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large programs of $50M+ in capital assets.
• Coordinate regional communication with program leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
