Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Global Facilities Delivery leader to manage capital projects and coordinate teams across regions. The role involves front-end design, Brownfield/Greenfield sites, and cradle-to-grave delivery with emphasis on safety, cost, schedule and quality.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years in capital project delivery in industrial/manufacturing settings, PE or PMP, and a willingness to relocate or travel as required to project sites.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years capital project delivery in industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Experience leading projects >$100MM.
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams to deliver large capital programs (>= $1BN).
• Interface with GFD leadership, project team, governance, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
