HireRight is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead its global digital growth engine from Nashville. The role scopes paid media, website performance, analytics, and marketing tech, with responsibility for driving pipeline and revenue growth.

You will lead Web/SEO/SEM teams and partner with Growth Marketing and Revenue Operations to scale performance, measurement, and optimization. This is a hybrid role based in Nashville.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in performance marketing or growth leadership roles.
• Experience owning SEM and web strategy at scale.
• Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue via digital channels.
• Experience managing paid media, web strategy, SEO, analytics, and marketing technology initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing specialist digital marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition, conversion, attribution, and marketing measurement.

Responsibilities

• Define global performance marketing strategy across paid media, web, SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing technology.
• Align digital investment and channel strategies to pipeline, revenue, growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and conversion across the customer journey.
• Establish performance goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks across all digital channels.
• Own global digital acquisition strategy across organic and paid search, social, and display.
• Set website strategy as a growth and conversion platform and lead optimization initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tying marketing to pipeline and revenue.
• Build and lead a high-performing, accountable marketing team.
