Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Marketing in a global B2B setting.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies that deliver pipeline and revenue impact across regions.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing global marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of modern growth disciplines including digital, lifecycle, field, partner marketing and marketing operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around shared objectives.
• Exceptional strategic thinking with execution bias and strong commercial acumen.
• Experience working across international markets balancing global strategy with regional execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Marketing Global Growth Strategy and growth engine for pipeline generation and revenue.
• Drive worldwide pipeline and demand creation across digital, field, partners, lifecycle, and growth channels.
• Establish a global full-funnel model to improve conversion, velocity, and revenue contribution.
• Identify growth opportunities across regions, markets, segments, partnerships, and customer lifecycles.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and operational excellence to accelerate growth.
