HP is seeking a seasoned People Relations & Compliance Lead to steer global Employee Relations, Labor Relations and HR Compliance under a unified Center of Excellence. You will shape strategy, governance, and delivery while partnering with Legal, People Leadership, and CoEs to drive scalable, proactive risk management.

The PRC Lead acts as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership on complex people matters, driving resolution of high-risk and high-visibility cases while strengthening compliance frameworks and proactive risk mitigation. This role partners closely with People Leadership teams, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Legal, and business leaders to deliver a scalable, efficient, and future-ready operating model.

The pay range for this role is 200,000 - 300,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
