Job summary

Salmon, a Southeast Asia fintech building a cross-border banking platform, seeks a People Operations specialist to own full-cycle HR support for its international workforce. You will coordinate with EOR/PEO providers across jurisdictions and drive automation projects to scale HR processes globally.

You will ensure accurate HR records, support policy and benefits inquiries, and lead initiatives from scoping to adoption.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a People Operations specialist and ownership of the full employee lifecycle.
Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and jurisdictions in an international company.
Hands-on experience with EOR providers (e.g., Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Oyster, Multiplier) including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Track record leading or participating in HR automation/digitalization projects (HRIS rollout, workflow tools, self-service portals).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with HRIS/HR tech tools and comfort with spreadsheets and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle HR support for employees across multiple countries, coordinating with EOR/PEO providers in each jurisdiction.
Act as the go-to person for employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and general people questions across markets.
Lead HR automation and process-improvement projects from scoping to rollout and adoption.
Maintain audit-ready employee records and HR data across systems and countries.
Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring HR tasks and reduce manual work.
