Qualifications

• 3+ years of People Ops, HR, or Operations experience at startup or scale‑up.
• Knowledge of US labor law, payroll, and collective agreements.
• Structured, hands‑on working style.
• AI and automation/workflow skills.
• People-first, low ego; thrives under intensity.
• Strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Own contracts, onboarding, and offboarding processes end-to-end.
• Lead HR tooling selection and automation across systems.
• Organize payroll and compensation monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with US labor law and international mobility.
• Drive events and culture initiatives.
• Support international hiring and time-tracking.
