Equinix seeks a Senior Director of Integrated Talent Solutions to lead global talent acquisition strategy for Global Operations and Global Markets. You will partner with the executive team to develop workforce plans, analytics, and scalable recruiting programs that drive growth across regions.

In this role, you will shape talent strategies, lead a world-class team, and collaborate with People Team leaders to align hiring with business objectives, culture, and diversity goals.

Competenze

• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning, or related disciplines.
• Significant experience leading global talent acquisition organizations within complex, matrixed, multinational environments.
• Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with executive leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Experience leading enterprise talent acquisition strategies at scale.
• Expertise using data, analytics, and market intelligence to drive strategic decisions.

• Advise executive leaders on talent risks, labor market dynamics and workforce challenges that could impact business strategy.
• Partner with Talent Strategy and HR Functions to develop integrated workforce planning solutions.
• Deliver talent analytics to inform hiring plans and workforce needs.
