Job summary

CHR Group is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the People team and own the employee lifecycle and day-to-day People delivery globally. You will embed acquired businesses into the group’s operating model, build reliable HR operations, and drive cross-country consistency with local adaptability.

You will translate the People strategy into practical day-to-day practices, strengthen reporting, and ensure effective support for managers and employees during rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong people management with ability to hire, develop and evaluate teams.
• Experience building processes and practices where structure was lacking.
• Post-acquisition integration skills to harmonise diverse groups.
• Ability to balance global consistency with local requirements.
• Business and data judgement aligning People priorities to outcomes.
• Hands-on leadership with ownership, decision-making and obstacle removal.
