Job summary

HP Inc. seeks a VP People, Enterprise Operations to guide the People Strategy for a global team of nearly 11,000 employees. You will lead initiatives in Organization & Culture; Talent & Leadership; and Inclusion, partnering with HR CoEs and Country HR to drive impactful change.

You will coach senior HRBPs across multiple L2 leaders, ensure sound governance, and manage confidential information. A strong business and analytical mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions, including HRBP/Executive roles.
• Proven experience managing people and coaching leaders.
• Experience delivering organizational change, global workforce planning, and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Strategy and priorities for HP’s Enterprise Operations global org (~11,000 employees).
• Drive initiatives in Organization & Culture, Talent & Leadership, and Inclusion; partner with HR CoEs.
• Coach HR business partners and support executives; ensure confidentiality and strong governance.
