Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring for a People Experience role in Overland, Kansas, to partner with Hill's Pet Nutrition – US and Division Customer Development teams. You will drive global HR programs, onboard new initiatives, and coach managers on employee relations and performance.

A data-driven mindset and collaboration across CoE and CBS are essential. The role emphasizes agile project work, high-trust environment, and leveraging AI tools to optimize HR delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR or business experience.
• Demonstrated ownership in managing competing priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Executing critical global People programs, including performance management, talent planning, learning & development and compensation.
• Supporting the People Experience team to implement new global programs.
• Ensuring high quality experience around onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions.
• Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership capabilities.
• Managing employee relations cases with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Partnering with Ethics & Compliance on investigations.
• Utilizing data analytics to identify trends and translate insights.
• Driving continuous improvement with AI and digital tools to optimize HR service delivery.
• Providing on-the-ground feedback to ensure alignment with broader People function.
• Participating in agile Global People projects and initiatives.
