Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant human resources or business experience.
• Proven ownership of competing priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute global People programs (performance, talent planning, learning & development, and compensation) with Partners and CoE.
• Support the People Experience team to implement new global programs.
• Ensure high-quality experience around onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, and leadership development.
• Manage employee relations cases with sound judgment and escalation to Legal/business stakeholders.
• Partner with Ethics & Compliance on investigations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Leverage data analytics and diagnostics to identify trends and translate insights into actions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and leveraging AI/digital tools for HR service delivery.
• Provide on-the-ground feedback to ensure the broader People function stays connected to the organization.
• Participate in agile Global People projects and initiatives.
