Omnidian, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a People Insights & Total Rewards Manager to lead global total rewards strategies, equity planning, and data-driven decisions that impact hiring, development, and retention.

You'll bring together data from Lattice, Rippling, Carta, and other systems, provide trusted reporting to leaders, and partner with People, Finance, Legal, and cross‑functional teams across geographies. This is a hybrid Seattle role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline.
• Hands-on equity administration experience (Carta) and cap table modeling.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking tools (Pave, Radford, Mercer).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets required.
• Strong written English and the ability to work autonomously across time zones.
• Power-user of HRIS, engagement/performance platforms, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable reporting on engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health.
• Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and inform leaders.
• Lead total rewards analysis, including equity forecasting and compensation benchmarking.
• Partner with People, Recruiting, and L&D to shape workforce plans and programs.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency while ensuring data quality.
• Act as analytics partner for Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave.
• Identify risks and opportunities in talent pipelines and rewards programs.
