Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Sioux Falls, SD, seeks a Principal to drive major projects in employee and patient experience surveys and advanced analytics. You will design measurement programs, lead survey initiatives, develop dashboards in Qualtrics and Tableau, and translate insights into action for HR and business leaders.

The role also supports job analysis, assessment, and strategic workforce planning, partnering with HRBPs and stakeholders to frame questions, test hypotheses, and deliver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
• 6+ years in an I/O consulting or people analytics role.
• Experience with employee listening / experience programs.
• Proficient with Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau.
• Programming ability in R or Python.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of employee and patient experience survey projects and develop dashboards.
• Conduct stakeholder intake and guide survey design and methodology.
• Design, launch, and analyze surveys using Qualtrics.
• Build dashboards and provide training on dashboard use.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses to inform outcomes.
• Consult on strategic workforce questions and lead deep-dive analytics.
• Support job analysis studies and validation work.
• Assist in capability assessments and change interventions.
