Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Lead Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain patient experience analytics and reporting. You will partner with SHC leaders and clinical teams to deliver self-service dashboards and automated reports on the Databricks lakehouse, Tableau, and Qualtrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, data analytics, data science, statistics, business analytics, business administration, or a directly related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Five or more years’ experience in either (or both) Business Intelligence or Healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

  • Triage requests with stakeholders and define requirements to deliver reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy complex patient experience reporting and BI solutions on Databricks.
  • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and self-service reporting for HCAHPS and Qualtrics results; surface insights for frontline units to executives.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) in Databricks with scheduling, logging, and error handling.
  • Apply NLP, text analytics, and predictive/statistical methods to generate actionable insights beyond standard reporting.
  • Support patient experience data operations and data quality; manage comment-review workflows.
  • Share data models and domain knowledge; assist in transitioning from legacy sources to Databricks.
