Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Principal in Global People Analytics and Experience to lead major projects in Employee & Patient Experience Surveys and Advanced Analytics. You will design surveys, develop dashboards in Qualtrics and Tableau, and deliver actionable insights to HR and leadership.

The role partners with HRBPs and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, conduct job analysis and assessment studies, and support strategic workforce planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in I-O psychology or related field.
• 6+ years in I/O Consulting or People Analytics with 3+ years in Employee Listening/Experience.
• Global delivery experience with change management capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Qualtrics, Tableau and at least one programming language.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation skills to senior leadership.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and training abilities.
• Curiosity to understand and support the future of work with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of employee and patient experience survey projects; design surveys and launch surveys.
• Create dashboards in Qualtrics and Tableau; analyze results and present insights to HR and leadership.
• Conduct stakeholder intake and advise on data collection methods for feedback.
• Develop and deliver communication strategies prior to survey launches.
• Provide expert Qualtrics support and training to team members.
• Lead advanced analytics projects tied to Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Effectiveness.
• Partner with HRBPs to define business questions and hypotheses; identify data sources.
• Perform job analysis studies and support strategic workforce planning initiatives.
