Job summary

Interblock, a leading luxury electronic gaming provider, seeks a globally minded Chief Financial Officer in Las Vegas to lead its private-equity‑backed transformation. You will partner with the CEO, sponsor, and board to scale the business for a liquidity event within 3–5 years.

You’ll build a robust financial infrastructure, manage FP&A, treasury, tax, and risk, and drive value across U.S. and international operations while guiding acquisitions and integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO-type roles.
• Experience with PE-backed companies, investment banking, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ability to increase enterprise value and prepare for liquidity events.
• Strong understanding of EBITDA, cash flow, leverage, covenants and valuation.
• Experience with M&A and post-acquisition integration.
• Willingness to travel internationally and manage global ops.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy with the CEO and PE sponsor.
• Build 3–5 year value-creation plans tied to revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Establish robust financial infrastructure, controls, and KPIs for institutional management.
• Lead FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, reporting, and risk management.
• Oversee international reporting, transfer pricing, FX exposure, and cross-border cash.
