Our commitment is to delivering exceptional gaming products to customers, so they in turn can provide their guests with an unforgettable gaming experience.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a private equity-backed company in Las Vegas to help lead its transformation into a highly scalable, professionally managed business positioned for a successful sale or recapitalization within 3–5 years.

This role will function as a key member of the executive leadership team and will work closely with the CEO, private equity sponsor, board of directors, and international operating teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Value Creation & Exit Preparation

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and PE sponsor;

Build a 3–5 year value-creation plan tied to revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, cash generation, working-capital improvement, and enterprise value;

Establish the financial infrastructure, reporting, controls, and KPIs required for institutional-quality management;

Develop credible monthly and quarterly forecasts and an integrated long-range financial model;

Identify opportunities to improve EBITDA through pricing, productivity, procurement, working capital, organizational design, and capital allocation;

Ensure the business can withstand financial, operational tax, and quality of earnings diligence.

Own accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, audit, financial reporting, and risk management;

Upgrade the finance organization, systems, processes, and talent as the company scales;

Establish rigorous monthly close and management-reporting processes;

Create actionable dashboards covering revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, customer concentration, operational performance, and other value-creation metrics;

Manage banking relationships, debt facilities, liquidity, and capital allocation;

Partner with the board and sponsor on budgets, forecasts, covenant compliance, and strategic decisions.

International Operations

Provide financial leadership across U.S. and international operations;

Develop appropriate reporting, controls, and performance-management systems for international subsidiaries and operating units;

Manage foreign-exchange exposure, international tax considerations, transfer pricing, and cross-border cash management in coordination with external advisors;

Travel internationally as required to support acquisitions, operating companies, customers, suppliers, and management teams;

Ensure consistent financial discipline while allowing appropriate local operating autonomy.

M&A and Growth

Lead or materially support acquisition evaluation, financial due diligence, valuation, transaction modeling, and integration;

Develop acquisition models and investment cases for the CEO, board, and PE sponsor;

Establish post-acquisition financial controls and reporting;

Support organic growth initiatives, new market entry, pricing strategy, and strategic partnerships.

Sponsor & Board Management

Serve as the primary financial partner to the private equity sponsor and board;

Prepare board materials, financial analyses, operating reviews, and investor reporting;

Communicate clearly with sophisticated investors, lenders, auditors, attorneys, and transaction advisors;

Be comfortable operating in an environment where speed, accountability, transparency, and measurable value creation are expected.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including meaningful CFO, divisional CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent experience;

Experience with a private equity-backed company, investment banking, transaction advisory, or a comparable high-growth/transaction-oriented environment;

Demonstrated experience increasing enterprise value and preparing a company for a liquidity event;

Strong understanding of EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, leverage, debt covenants, and enterprise valuation;

Experience with M&A and post-acquisition integration;

International operating experience and willingness to travel globally;

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities;

Experience implementing or upgrading ERP, BI, reporting, and financial-control infrastructure;

Ability to operate as both a strategic executive and a hands-on builder;

Excellent communication skills and executive presence;

CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credentials preferred but not required;

A track record of building teams and developing high-performing finance organizations.
