Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a high-growth, private equity-backed company.
• Deep expertise in accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and operational finance.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, lenders, investors, and board stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success building scalable processes, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
