Job summary

BDO USA seeks an IT PCI Cyber Compliance Manager to lead global projects within the Cyber Practice. You’ll coordinate with BDO member firms, develop workflows, and support client meetings and proposals while ensuring adherence to PCI, NIST, and ISO frameworks.

The role emphasizes mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of BDO methodologies to ensure consistent engagement quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS, Info Security, Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years IT management or IT compliance consulting experience
• 4+ years managing IT or information security engagements
• PCI QSA Certification required; CISA/CISM/ISA/CISSP or similar certifications required

Responsibilities

• Manages teams to deliver services across PCI/NIST/ISO/HIPAA and related areas for global and US clients
• Develops project plans, resource plans, metrics, and regular client updates
• Mentors team members and ensures quality and consistency with BDO standards
• Manages day-to-day project requirements and on-site or remote team coordination
• Interacts with US and global member firms to meet client requirements
