Job summary

BDO USA seeks an IT PCI Cyber Compliance Manager to join its Cyber Practice. The role leads global projects, partners with member firms, and develops workflows to support client initiatives while ensuring compliance standards globally.

The manager will mentor teams, design metrics, and drive client deliverables across PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, and related standards, with remote and on-site collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in IT management or IT compliance consulting.
• Four or more years managing IT or information security / cyber engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams to deliver services on national security, cyber assessments, PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, SWIFT Certification for global and U.S. clients
• Develops project plans, resource plans, establishes reporting and metrics, provides client updates
• Develops standardized metrics and methodologies for client projects
• Leads client interviews and prepares pre-meeting materials and research
• Manages deliverables including responses, drafts, final reports, presentations
• Oversees day-to-day project requirements and on-site or remote teams
• Collaborates with US and global teams to meet client requirements
• Builds relationships with other BDO professionals and participates in industry events
• Implements BDO methodologies for consistency across projects
• Mentors team members to ensure quality work
• Other duties as required
