Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an IT PCI Cyber Compliance Manager to join its Cyber Practice. The role leads global projects, collaborates with BDO member firms, and develops workflows to support client initiatives while preparing for meetings and proposals.

The Manager will mentor teams, manage budgets and deliverables for PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA and other security frameworks, working with US and international colleagues to drive client success and governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/InfoSec/Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years IT management or IT compliance consulting experience.
• 4+ years IT security, cyber compliance engagements or equivalents.
• PCI QSA Certification required.
• CISA, CISM, ISA, CISSP or similar certifications required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manages global projects and coordinates with BDO member firms.
• Develops workflow and processes to support client initiatives.
• Prepares for client meetings and proposals.
• Mentors team members to ensure quality on engagements.
• Oversees project budgets, deliverables and reporting.
• Leads delivery on PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA and related services.
