Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an IT PCI Cyber Compliance Manager to lead national and global cyber projects within the Cyber Practice. You will manage client engagements, develop plans and metrics, and mentor staff to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables across various standards including PCI, NIST, ISO, and HIPAA.

The role requires senior IT management or IT compliance consulting experience, PCI QSA certification, and a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Accounting or Finance required.
• Five or more years of IT management or IT compliance consulting experience required.
• Four or more years’ experience managing IT or information security, cyber security, IT Cyber Compliance engagements required.
• PCI QSA Certification required.
• CISA, CISM, ISA, CISSP or other similar certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams to deliver services for national security, cyber assessments, PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, SWIFT Certification and related services to global and U.S. clients.
• Manages client needs to develop project plans, resource plans, and reporting/metrics; provides regular updates to clients.
• Develops standardized metrics, methodologies, and other work products for client projects.
• Conducts client interviews, prepares pre-meeting materials, and mentors team members on environments.
• Manages client deliverables including responses, reports, presentations, and output defined by the project.
• Oversees day-to-day project requirements and on-site or remote team.
• Interacts with US and global members to meet client requirements.
• Builds relationships with other BDO professionals and cross-sells into different industries.
• Implements BDO methodologies for project consistency.
• Mentors team members to ensure quality and adherence to BDO standards.
• Performs other duties as required.
