Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an IT PCI Cyber Compliance Manager to lead PCI and broader cyber compliance efforts within the Cyber Practice. You will manage global projects, coordinate with BDO member firms, and help prepare client meetings and proposals.

The role requires 5+ years in IT management or IT compliance, with multiple certifications (PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, CISSP) and strong communication skills. Washington, DC area preferred.

Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years of IT management or IT compliance consulting experience.
  • Four (4) or more years’ experience managing IT or information security engagements.
  • PCI QSA Certification and other security certifications (CISA/CISM/CISSP) required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams delivering national and global security compliance services (PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA).
  • Develop project plans, resource plans, and reporting for clients.
  • Create standardized metrics and work products for client teams.
  • Conduct client interviews and prepare pre-meeting materials.
  • Manage client deliverables: responses, reports, presentations.
  • Oversee day-to-day project requirements and on-site/remote teams.
  • Collaborate with US and global member firms to meet client needs.
  • Build relationships and participate in events to drive practice growth.
  • Establish and enforce BDO methodologies across engagements.
