Job summary

BDO USA in Dallas, TX is seeking an IT PCI Cyber Compliance Manager to lead national and global client engagements within the Cyber Practice. You will manage projects, coordinate across BDO member firms, and develop workflows to support client initiatives while mentoring teams.

The role requires PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISA or CISSP certifications, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years IT management or 4+ years IT security leadership experience. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years IT management or IT compliance consulting experience.
• 4+ years managing IT or information security engagements.
• PCI QSA Certification (Required).
• CISA, CISM, ISA, CISSP or similar certifications (Required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of compliance platforms and governance software.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams to deliver services for PCI, NIST, ISO, HIPAA and other standards for global and U.S. clients.
• Develops project plans, resource plans, and ensures regular client updates.
• Develops standardized metrics and methodologies for client projects.
• Mentors team members and ensures quality and consistency across engagements.
• Manages day-to-day project requirements and on-site or remote team.
• Interacts with US and global member firms to meet client requirements.
