Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an IT PCI Cyber Compliance Manager to join our Cyber Practice in Rosemont, IL. The role leads national and global projects, coordinating with member firms to drive client success in PCI and related standards.

You will manage project plans, budgets, and deliverables, mentor teams, and build relationships across the organization while delivering high-quality engagements in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (CS, Info Security, Accounting or Finance).
• Five or more years of IT management or IT compliance consulting experience.
• Four or more years’ experience managing IT or information security engagements.
• PCI QSA Certification required; CISA/CISM/ISA/CISSP or equivalent certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead national/global projects in PCI cyber compliance and security engagements.
• Develop project plans, resource plans, and reporting metrics; provide client updates.
• Deliver standardized methodologies and work products to project teams.
• Interview clients, prepare materials, and mentor junior staff.
• Manage day-to-day project requirements and on-site or remote teams.
• Collaborate with US and global members to meet client requirements.
• Mentor staff and ensure adherence to BDO standards across engagements.
