Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a detail-oriented supply chain professional to manage procurement analyses and supplier coordination across North America and Asia. You will drive demand planning, issue POs, and monitor inventory to support live production and SLA commitments.

The role requires 5–7 years in IT, manufacturing, or supply chain functions, with strong Excel and MS Office skills. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment and extensive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material procurement analyses with material planners for demand and supply planning.
• Perform MRP project analyses to meet SLA requirements for internal and external customers.
• Review material requests in the MPR system and provide visibility into inventory risks.
• Issue purchase orders in a timely manner to support operational and production needs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure stable supply and competitive pricing.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, quality issues, and inventory levels to minimize disruptions.
• Provide accurate PO ETA updates and support targeted production schedules.
• Escalate delivery, quality, shortage, and supply disruption issues to resolve them with vendors.
• Resolve inventory and PO discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and warehouse teams.
• Oversee purchasing data entry across North America and Asia with BPO teams.
• Own cost change activities to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
• Assess inventory lifecycle stages and execute excess write-offs or scrap.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
