Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced engineering professional to support global electronic assembly operations with significant onsite time at Mequon and New Berlin facilities. The role leads standardization, capital deployment, and data-driven optimization to improve quality, throughput, and profitability, reporting to the manager of manufacturing process engineering - PCBA.

You will develop global process standards, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and partner with design teams on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred, with depth in electronic assembly manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise in at least two electronic assembly processes and related equipment.
• Develop and deploy global electronic assembly process standards to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Lead equipment selection, justification, purchase and implementation for capital projects.
• Use DOE, control charts, and statistical analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with design teams on DFM/DFA and contribute to Electronic Assembly Design Guidelines.
