Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks an Initiative Portfolio Manager to lead the PCB division's IT global services portfolio. The role focuses on multi‑facility technology transformations, ERP integrations, and MES deployments across North America, APAC, and EMEA.

You will direct project teams, coordinate across IT and business units, and report progress to executives, ensuring governance and Stage‑Gate compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a large international PCB fabrication environment.
• Experience in process improvement and re-engineering.
• PM certification (PMP/ PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• Background in cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-171, CMMC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB technology portfolios and drive value through IT and MES initiatives.
• Own portfolio goals, prioritize projects, and report progress to executives.
• Direct rollouts of shop-floor and enterprise systems (42Q/MES16, Oracle ERP, DNC).
• Coach teams to become subject matter experts and foster IT‑business partnerships.
• Oversee cybersecurity readiness and modern computing platform initiatives.
