Sanmina Corporation in Fremont, CA seeks an Initiative Portfolio Manager to lead IT portfolios within the Global IT Business Services team. You will define portfolio roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and report progress to business leaders, driving value and process improvement.

You will manage 1–10 project managers and analysts, coach teams, ensure governance and lifecycle compliance, and collaborate across IT and business to deliver on-time results in a complex, international manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large international manufacturing environment.
• University degree in Information Technology, Finance, or Business; PM certification.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more IT portfolios, delivering value through project execution.
• Coach and develop 1–10 project managers and business analysts.
• Partner with IT PMO and leadership to maintain governance and lifecycle processes.
• Provide status updates to business and leadership teams.
