Sanmina Corporation in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a CAM Operator to review customer design data, run design rule checks, and generate manufacturing data for PCB production.

You will develop panelization, Cu layers, soldermask and silkscreen, drill and route files, generate NC programs, and collaborate with engineering and production to resolve design questions. The candidate should have 3+ years PCB tooling/engineering experience and IPC/CAD-CAM familiarity.

Formación

• Engineering background required.
• Minimum 3 years of PCB tooling/product or planning engineering experience.
• Familiar with IPC standards and CAD/CAM systems.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer design data and drawings.
• Perform design rule checks and edit data for manufacturing compliance.
• Develop manufacturing data including panelization, Cu layers, soldermask and silkscreen, drill and route files.
• Generate and verify NC programs for manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to resolve design queries.
• Apply strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes to CAM data preparation.
