Job summary

Informa TechTarget, based in Newton, MA, is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations across US, EMEA and APAC during a period of transformation.

You will manage a dispersed team, drive system implementations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR and Finance to align payroll with business goals.

This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to influence processes and build a high-performing payroll function.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in payroll management with 3+ years in global leadership.
• Experience with global payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP) and payroll automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements across US, EMEA, APAC.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations for US, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Lead a global payroll team based in the US and overseas, aligning skills and locations with business needs.
• Coordinate with in‑country payroll providers, vendors, and third‑party administrators.
• Review and approve payroll outputs, reports, and payment files before processing.
• Manage payroll-related queries and resolve escalated issues from employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper integration between HRIS, time tracking, and payroll systems.
• Cross‑collaborate with HR teams to ensure on time and accurate payroll processing.
