Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Newton, MA is seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Manager to lead our worldwide payroll operations following a recent merger. You will manage US, EMEA and APAC payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency while guiding a dispersed team.

You will partner with HR and Finance to align payroll with business goals, implement new systems, drive process improvements, and provide leadership and training to the payroll organization.

Qualifications

• Proven global payroll management experience.
• Experience with multi-currency payroll processing.
• Knowledge of US, EMEA and APAC regulatory requirements.
• Leadership of dispersed teams and stakeholder management.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP/Workday/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll for US, EMEA, and APAC regions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead and develop the global payroll team across regions.
• Coordinate with in-country providers, vendors and third-party admins.
• Review and approve payroll outputs, reports and payment files.
• Ensure integration between HRIS, time tracking and payroll systems.
