You will partner with HR, IT, and vendors to design, implement, and optimize core payroll platforms while guiding cross‑functional teams through complex program milestones.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and regulatory knowledge, with a focus on global compliance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong project/change management skills.
• Experience in HR data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global payroll and timekeeping project plans.
• Liaise between HR, IT, and vendors.
• Recommend and implement system improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and related governance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans across workstreams.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Report on project health.
