Job summary

Point72 Asset Management is seeking a Senior Payroll Systems Specialist to support global payroll operations, including Workday configurations, data integrity, and outsourced processing with CloudPay. You will troubleshoot integrations, ensure compliance, and partner with regional teams on calendars, cutoffs, and payslips.

The role requires 7+ years in payroll/HR systems within a multinational organization, strong stakeholder management, and commitment to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll systems, HR systems, or payroll operations in a multinational organization
• Hands-on experience with HR management and payroll platforms such as Workday
• Experience supporting outsourced payroll processing via providers such as CloudPay
• Strong understanding of multi-country payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, taxes, benefits and year-end processing
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot integrations using payroll data files, secure file transfers, and data reconciliation controls
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, privacy, approvals, segregation of duties, audit trails, and security
• Experience supporting system changes through requirements, specs, configuration, testing, UAT, release management, and post-production support
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across regions and time zones
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Support payroll for global operations across countries supported by core and third-party platforms
• Translate business needs into system requirements, configuration updates, integrations, and controls
• Triage production issues, validate results, and coordinate urgent fixes before payroll close
• Monitor and troubleshoot payroll, HR, finance systems integrations
• Partner with global payroll teams for calendars, cutoffs, funding timelines, and payslips
• Configure and maintain payroll system functionality including pay groups and deductions
• Lead testing for releases, country rollouts, and statutory updates
• Reconcile payroll outputs and strengthen audit controls
• Maintain payroll process documentation and runbooks
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver resilient payroll systems
