Job summary

Point72 Asset Management, L.P. is seeking a senior payroll systems specialist to support global payroll operations across multiple regions. You will work with Workday, outsourced providers like CloudPay, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance.

Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of multi-country payroll, data security, and end-to-end process improvements. This role offers a competitive base salary in New York and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in payroll systems or payroll operations in a multinational setting.
• Hands-on Workday knowledge including security roles and payroll inputs.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers such as CloudPay.

Responsibilities

• Support global payroll across countries and ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Translate business needs into system requirements, configurations, and integrations.
• Triages production issues, validates results, and coordinates urgent fixes before payroll close.
• Monitor integrations among payroll, HR, finance, banking, benefits, and tax systems.
• Collaborate with global payroll teams on calendars, cutoffs, funding, and payslip reporting.
• Configure payroll system functionality, including pay groups, deductions, and payslips.
• Lead testing for releases, country rollouts, and statutory updates with test scripts.
• Reconcile payroll outputs and strengthen audit controls over sensitive data.
• Maintain runbooks and country-specific operating procedures.
