Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll or HRIS systems experience.
• Experience in global payroll operations or multi-country payroll platforms (ADP EV6 and WFM are a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets.
• U.S. Person status as defined by U.S. export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize payroll processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy.
• Administer and maintain payroll systems (ADP EV6, ADP WFM), ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and IT to identify process improvements and implement automation.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new payroll features.
• Act as the primary liaison with payroll system vendors, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Provide training and guidance to HR and Finance staff on payroll system functionality.
• Contribute to projects that prepare the organization for global payroll expansion.
